1. H1b서류비용은 법적으로 회사부담 맞음. 변호사 비용에 대해서는 이민국에서 규정이 없음, 즉 변호사 본인부담 아무런 문제 없음.

That’s not correct. All the h1b related expenses should be paid by the employer.

While the federal law doesn’t mention about the h1b attorney fee, DOL argued in the court that it is a business expense and they prevailed.
