물어 보는것 뿐만 아니라 다른 경로로 알아 보는것도 불법입니다. 저라면 법은 이렇다는데 왜물어 보냐? 내 예전 employer 들은 이정보 없이 pre-employment check하는데 문제 없었는데 너희 회사는 왜 필요하냐? 라고 물어 보겠습니다.
