Both schools are good to study and to get a job. Civil Industry is a good area to get a job in US at this time. There are thousands companies sized from 2-3 employees to 100k employees. Beside Bechtel and Fluor, there are many: AECOM, JACOBS, PARSONS, WSP-PB, HDR, CH2MHILL, STANTAC,…-design companies, Kiewit, Walsh, Lane, Abrams, Granite: contractors … They hire all kinds of engineers including structure, geotech, transportation, water resource, traffic, environmental…. I am not sure what the job market looks like in 2-3 years. The school name is not going to give you a job. It is totally up to how you prepare and communicate. Good luck and try it.
