Filing rate : 43,500 / 3 = 14,500 -> 한달 이면 소진되는 숫자입니다.

제가 조금 보안하겠습니다.

43,500명 중 22,000명은 FY 2003에서 넘어온 pending case입니다.

따라서 실제 2003년 10월 1일 부터 2004년 1월 21일 까지 제출된 숫자는

43,000-22,000 = 21,500명 입니다.

실제로는 working day로 계산 하지만 휴일 포함하여 113일 동안 21,500명이 제출 된것입니다.

하루에 190명 정도 되겠지요.

따라서 14,700(남은 숫자)/190명(하루 제출숫자) = 77.2일 소요

1/21/2004 + 77일 = 4/7/2004

앗 답이 같은 결과가 나왔나요!

2월 초에 분기 발표하면 좀더 근접한 계산이 나올것 같습니다.

This is my comment based on poor estimation.

Since 6,800 are reserved for the trade agreement with Singapore and Chile,

the maximum estimated availbe spots are 14,700 plus alpha.

Alpha is denied case among current pending application.

Calulation : 65,000 – (43,500) – (6,800) =14,700

Filing rate : 435,000 / 3 = 14,500

H1B may be used up sooner than usual case (April).
