제 질문은 크게 두가지입니다.

1. 만약, 제가 파트타임잡을 계속하면서, 풀타임 잡도 병행할 수 있는지요?

이경우 두개의 h1b를 소지하게 되는지요? 이유는 만약 파트타임잡으로

영주권 수속이 들어갔을때, 그걸 포기하고 싶지가 않아서입다.

–> You can’t get a green card with your part time job. One of the

important condition for green card is "The offered position must be

permanent."

2. 만약, 제가 파트타임잡을 포기하면, 새로 비자를 받아야 하는지?

아님, 그냥 트랜스퍼로로 가능한지요?

–> You will need another H-1B petition for new employment. However,

if you have an H-1B visa stamp in your passport, you can use it.

Please also note that H-1B petition and visa stamp are totally different.

3. h1b트랜스퍼는 신규 h1b보다 휠씬 수월한지요?

그리고, 회사측에서도 덜 부담이 되는지요?

–> Employer’s expense will be same for new H-1B or transfer case.

The only benefit is you can start your work immediately after filing

the petition, whereas new H-1B should wait for the approval.
