You should read the each instruction carefully. Most of the questions are clearly described in the instruction.

Every photo must follow the rule of former INS, not the passport. It is applied to the petitioner (US Citizen), too.

If I were you, I would count the number of photos for each document and add up. You’d better have enough # of photos than less.
