<Cost/Price Analyst>
• Perform detailed costing analysis to develop pricing options to present to sales for customer negotiations; use different pricing scenarios to rate shipments to compare net results
• Manage all RFQ opportunities in a timely and precise manner and build a strategy to give our sales team the best opportunity to win business
• Manage all analytics across the organization, creating dashboards and reports to support departmental needs
• Maintain timely communications with sales team regarding pricing requests
• Manage company generated RFQs for carrier pricing as requested by sales team
• Review and analyze carrier rates providing guidance to carrier sales team on costing practices to keep carrier rates fresh and competitive
• Review feedback from sales on rate competitiveness.
• Provide other analytical support to the company as needed
<SAP Master Data Specialist>
• Maintains Materials/Bills of Materials for the production/procurement based on information provided by the related division, verifying that the appropriate information is supplied for input into SAP.
o Creates materials/customers, and Bill of Materials in SAP based on information provided by the division.
o Reviews the information for completeness and accuracy based on the business. requirement/process.
o Accurately reflects the appropriate product or customer information in the Master Data Record.
o Performs MASS update functions on the Master Data Record based on business requirements.
• Applies knowledge and understanding of divisional requirements appropriately in SAP.
o Understands the Impacts of Master Data throughout the organization
o Raises issues and risks to appropriate team members relating to Master Data and impacts in other areas of the business
o Works with business units and appropriate team members to resolve Master Data issues in an efficient and timely manner
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree (Engineering, Statistic, and Information System or related field)
• Entry Level ~ 2 years’ Experience
• Basic experience with SAP Data Management applications
• Must be Bi-lingual (English & Korean)
