    Responsibilities and Skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent organizational skills with ability to work independently
    • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
    • Willingness to multitask and to take on new and challenging duties as the business grows
    • Ability to perform the usual and common office duties such as call handling, emailing, letter writing, filing, record keeping etc.
    • May conduct research and analyze data/information
    • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills highly preferred
    • Light bookkeeping or accounting experience helpful
    • 1-2 years of general office experience required
    • Work closely with our e-commerce (AMAZON) and marketing teams to design layouts, banners, websites, and more, if you have Photoshop skill, it will be huge plus!!!
    • Fluency in Korean, Bilingual in Korean and English (Verbal & Written)
    • Must attend 3-4 weeks of paid orientation at the headquarters in Korea upon hiring
    • Must attend the yearly conference in Korea
    • 5-15% of the job requires travelling domestically to participate and to assist at the trade shows, sales meetings, and to attend seminars, etc.

    Responsibilities and Skills
    • Manage our Amazon infrastructure.
    • Manage the sourcing and maintenance of accurate, approved, and up-to-date product content on Amazon.
    • Including product listing, specifications, imagery, pricing and marketing content by proofing and auditing, assisting in the optimization of contents.
    • Engage in continual monitoring outdated information (products and price errors, etc.).
    • Track industry and competitive best practices, examine performance, spot opportunities, identify threats, look for novel solutions, and develop creative action plans.
    • Oversight of 3rd party sellers and pricing.
    • Generate detailed reporting and tracking of sales from marketplace channel.

    Requirements
    • Work full time Monday Through Friday
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • 2+ years’ experience in e-Commerce marketplace platforms. (Amazon)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, or similar productivity suites.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Suite mainly in Photoshop.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Knowledge and experience in social media marketing.
    • Bilingual in Korean/English.
    Must have legal right or authorization to work in the United States.
