정확히 딱 일년 걸렸네요. 준비기간(NIW I-140/I-485)은 2개월 정도(10월~11월) 걸렸던거 같구요. 9월에 문호 닫힌 것만 없다면, 아마도 더 빨리 받을 수 있었을 거 같네요. 8월말 9월 초에 인터뷰 보신분들 승인이 이제 본격적으로 들리는거 같으니까요.

시카고에 있는 석의준 변호사(U.S. Law Group) 팀과 준비했습니다.
저도 지인의 추천으로 석변호사님과 일을 하게 되었고, 첫 evaluation 부터 비용 및 준비과정 모두 순조롭게 잘 진행된거 같습니다. 답변도 당일에 바로바로 해주시고, 스탭분들도 다 친절하게 도와주셨네요.

난. 처음에 영주권 받았을때 기분좋거나 그런거럾던데 전 미국이 별로라서 그런가뵈요..

인터뷰가 10분도 안 걸리고 훈훈하게 진행되서 다행이었던거 같습니다. 인터뷰어가 슈버바이져급인듯 보였지만, 제 케이스가 niw 인지에 대한 관심(?)이 없어보였구요. 준비해간 employee letter 와 다른 사진들을 제출했는데 그냥 원본으로 가져가서 서류철에 넣더군요. 복사한다는 말은 전혀없이 그냥 당연하다는듯이 ㅎㅎ 모 그냥 주고 왔습니다. 아 전, 변호사 동행없이 갔는데 그날 아침에 기다리던 사람들은 대부분 변호사와 같이 들어가더라구요. 여기서 후기 찾아보시면, 많이 도움 되실겁니다.
