I am now in University of Michigan with H1B visa. My husband is a PhD student in Korea University. He want to visit me at August during his holiday. But now I can not find my I797! If someboday know how my husband apply H4 visa with this stituation. I can send my passport with my H1B visa and original I 94. I also have all the other documents, such as employee certification, bank statment, salary statment, insurance…Help me please!
