약 한달전 시민권자 배우자 i-751를 신청하였습니다.
Receipt notice가 오질않아 USCIS에 연락 하여서 case#는 받았으나 아직까지 Receipt Notice를 받질 못하였습니다.

USCIS chat, phone support에 연락을 해보았더니 아직 Reciept Notice가 mail out이 안됐다는 말과 함께 무조건 Lockbox에 이메일을 보내라고만 답변이 왔습니다. 여러차례 Lockbox에 이메일을 보냈으나 답변이 오질 않습니다.

Biometric, 지문을 찍지 않았는데 Case Status에는 Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken라고 나와 있습니다.

혹시 Receipt Notice를 저처럼 못받으신 분들이 많은지 궁금합니다. 감사합니다.

느립니다 참.. 저도 신청한지 3주가 넘어도 노티스가 안와서 USCIS에 연락해보려고 합니다.
그래도 바이오메트릭은 예전 정보 사용하나보네요. 리싯 받으시면 참고되게 dp남겨주심 감사하겠습니다

네.. 올리겠습니다. 이민국 인원감축으로 그런거 같아보여요. 전 운전면허 갱신을 해야 하는데.. 리싯노티스가 안와서 연락을 몇차례 했는데.. 이메일만 보내라고만 하고 이메일 답변은 오질 않네요.. ..

USCIS에 연락을 해도 모른다고 해서 https://www.dhs.gov/topic/cis-ombudsman 에 연락을 해서 도움을 요청하니 3일만에 이메일로 답변이 왔네요..

The Ombudsman’s Office has reviewed your request for case assistance and requested U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to mail you a new receipt notice.

We will notify you when we receive information from USCIS. If you receive information from USCIS before hearing from us, we request that you kindly let us know by replying to this email.

Please note that if the petitioner or applicant changes mailing address, the individual will need to notify USCIS. The individual will need to complete both the Form AR-11 and contact USCIS to update the mailing address for each pending application or petition. USCIS offers an Online Change of Address system that allows the individual to complete both steps electronically: https://egov.uscis.gov/coa/displayCOAForm.do. For more information, please see USCIS’ website on Online Change of Address Information, which can be found at https://www.uscis.gov/addresschange. You will need the receipt numbers for all pending applications or petitions.
