Salary: $45-55K

Responsibilities:
– The primary responsibility is to manage supply line material while meeting production needs.
– Issue purchase order to suppliers based on terms and lead time.
– Maintain appropriate material inventory level based on safety stock and component level.
– Reports potential short stock issues and remedy plan in a daily production meeting.
– Ensure materials arrive on-time and properly establishes appropriate inventory levels for the supply chain.
– Support Service Production by placing appropriate orders for service related material
– Managing engineering changes and build-out schedules to minimize obsolescence.
– Expedite part shortages with shortage root cause investigation and resolution. Utilizes expedite shipping methods through
manager approval process for addressing potential short stock issues.
– Provide direct material payable documentation and detail.

– Manufacturing and production environment
– Business administration and logistics
– Knowledgeable of shipping procedures and requirements
