485 RFIE가 나왔는데 배우자 기본증명서 및 가족관계증명서를 제출하라고 하는데요,
인터넷으로 대법원싸이트에서 출력하면 안되나요? 어떤 분은 인터넷 발급은 거부 당한다고 하는데 사실인가요? 꼭 한국의 주민센터에서 발급받아야 하나요?
이런 글이 있고 댓글중에 꼭 주민센터에서 발급한걸로 제출하라는 REF를 받으신 분도 있네요..T.T

인터넷 발급본은 사본으로 간주되는 경우가 있습니다. 영사관에서 발급받으세요.

전 인터넷에서 발급된 상세 기본증명서랑 상세 가족관계증명서로 영주권 승인 받았습니다.

누차 말하지만, 한국 (citizenship 있는 모국)에서 발급받은 것만 인정하는 심사관이 반이 넘습니다.

모험하지 마세요.

아니 모국에서 발급받으란 헛소린 어디서 자꾸 튀어나오는거지??

인터넷발급받은 범죄수사기록조회서, 가족관계증명서, 기본증명서 냈었고, 나중에 RFE나올 경우 대비해서 LA영사관발급본도 준비해 놓고 인터뷰전에 콤보로 한국방문했을 때 동사무소가서 싹 발급받아 서 번역본 다시 준비했었는데,
결론적으로 RFE도 안 나왔고 인터뷰때 달라고 하지도 않았어요.
제 경우는 1/3확율에 속하는 경우같으니 정 불안하시면 영사관방문하셔서 준비하시는 게 좋을 거 같아요.

인터넷 증명서를 번역해서 영사관에서 공증 받았습니다. 어차피 영사 확인을 받으실테니 아무 상관 없었어요.

제가 썻던 변호사는 영사관에서 받은 서류로 하면 간접적으로 발급 되는 서류라고 RFE나올 수 있다고 한국 관공서에서 직접 발급 받는 걸 추천했습니다.

영사확인은 의무가 아니고 공증도 의무가 아닙니다.

당신들 경험을 근거로, 영사관 서류 된다. 인터넷 서류 된다고 말하지 마시오.
그게 아닌 경우의 경험들이 거론되어 있고, rfe 받은 경험도 나누어져 있으면,
보수적으로 그리고 법적으로 상식적으로, 심사관들이 요구하는 것을 맞추어줘야 하는거 아니오?

미국인 사고로는, 인터넷으로 찍 출력하거, 해외 영사관에서 발급한거에 대한 신뢰가 높지 않소.

대 원칙으로, 시민권 가지고 있는 본토 자국에서 발급한 서류를 요구하는 심사관이 절반이 넘는다는 사실을 명심하시오.

어떤 분은 인터넷 발급은 거부 당한다고 하는데 사실인가요?
–> 설마 거짓말로 썼을까요. 그 글 쓰신분은 사실이겠죠.

하지만 위에서 본토 자국에서 발급한 서류를 요구하는 심사관이 1/3이니 절반이 넘는다느니 하는 말은 뭘 근거로 하는 말인지 모르겠네요. 문제가 생길 여지가 있는 건 사실인 것 같으나 그 문제가 본인한테 생길지는 아무도 모르는 일이죠.

참고로 저는 영사관에서 발급 받아서 냈고, 아무 문제 없이 영주권 받았습니다. 저는 한국에서 증명서 받으려니 너무 번거로워서 (한국에 가족 없음) 행여 RFE 받으면 그때 가서 다시 발급 받을 생각으로 그냥 영사관 발급본으로 냈습니다. (제출 전 여기 글 여러개 읽어 보고 RFE 가능성은 크지 않을 것 같다고 맘대로 결론 내림) 영사관은 그리 멀지 않아서요. 다행히 저는 문제 없었네요.

최악의 경우 RFE 한번 더 받아도 큰 상관 없으시면 그냥 편한 방법으로 받으시는거고 (인터넷 출력이나 영사관이나) 꼭(!) 빨리 서류를 진행해야 하면 동사무소에서 발급받은 걸로 내시면 되죠. 그런데 여기에서 보니 가장 보수적인 방법으로 다 했는데도 다시 제출하라는 요구 받은 분도 계시더군요. 결론은, 본인이 알아서..

저도 이번에 RFE 한번없이 운이 좋았으면 좋게 영주권을 받게되었는데요.
군복부확인증은 인터넷으로 발급받았고 3대증명서는 영사관에서 발급받았습니다. 서류 준비중에 물어보니 다들 영사관에서 발급받는다고 하던데..
영사관을 신뢰하지 않는단 말은 터무니 없는 말 같네요….

한국에서 직접 받은 상세증명서가 가장 확실한 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
저도 귀찮았지만 부모님께 부탁하여 받아서 미국시민인 한인동료에게 부탁하여 번역 certificate 서명받은후 냈습니다.
필요없는건 공증입니다. translation certificate이 필요한거지 notarization이 필요한게 아닙니다.

Special Seal(s) / Color / Format: The certificates are generally printed electronically with an official seal of the chief of the issuing office on a white paper; however, a green paper is used when issued from the Automatic Certificate Issuing Machine. Issuing Authority Personnel Title: The name and title of the chief of the issuing office is printed with his/her official seal.

Registration Criteria: A Basic Certificate “Gibon Jeungmyongseo” can be issued to Korean nationals. The certificate is updated when there are changes to the person’s status (name change, custody, death, and etc.). A Family Relations Certificate “Gajok Kwankye Jeungmyongseo” can be issued to Korean nationals and contains information on immediate family members (biological and adopted parents, spouse, and children). Procedure for Obtaining: Individuals can apply for the issuance of these certificates with a Korean ID at an issuing office in person. 영사관을 “통해서” 받는 거지 공식 발급 부서는 “법원 행정처” 예요. 증명서에 보면 분명히 나오는데요.
(그리고 Issuing Authority 맨 앞에 “competent government offices”라고 써 있는 건 안 보이시나봐요.)
뭐 그리 본인 의견을 남한테 강요하려고 하는지.. 여긴 일반인들이 자기 경험 공유하는 곳 아닌가요? 경험상 영사관 발급이 문제 없다는 사람이 지나치게 많다고 생각은 안드시나요? 그냥 각자 판단하게 놔두세요. 다들 알아들었어요.

영사관 가느니 그냥 인터넷 사이트에서 대행해주는곳 찾아서 끝냈네요. 구청에서 발급받아서 pdf파일로 받았네요. 논란꺼리가 되느니 그냥 하라는데로 하는게 속편해요. 한국에 있는 사이트에 퇴근 후 신청하니 자기전에 메일로 보내주네요.

Pdf로 받으신건 사본아닌가요?????

저희 변호사는 깨끗하게 스캔받아서 달라고 하더군요.
공증은 변호사 사무실에서 직접한다고..
그리고 정 원본이 필요하시면 대행해주는 곳에서 원본 받는 서비스 이용하면 특급으로 보내주는 것 같습니다. 옵션에 있는걸로봐선… 지인이나 가족들 귀찮게 하느니 저는 그냥 대행시켜요.. 속편하게..

방금 변호사님께 여쭤봤는데 반드시 원본을 제출해야 하는것은 아닌데 가끔 심사관이 원본 달라고 한답니다.
그래서 저도 어제 pdf로 받은 파일 원본 ems로 보내달라고 신청하려합니다.

누가 원본내라고 했습니까?
한국 주민센터에서 발급받은 걸 카피해서 보내는 거지요
485 서류는 무조건 다 카피본입니다.
