Assist in the installation of new automated manufacturing and facilities equipment. 2. Investigate root causes and perform corrective actions. 3. Analyze equipment performance and implement plans for improvement. 4. Report and document any equipment and/or process abnormalities. 5. Work in continuous improvement efforts for machine capacity utilization. 6. Provide engineering support and training to technicians. <strong>PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB: </strong> 1. Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. May consider closely related practical 10+ years of experience. 2. 5+ years of experience with PLC programming using Mitsubishi controller 3. Must have experience with electrical in manufacturing environment with lean manufacturing 4. Must be able to read and understand electrical schematics and single line diagram 5. Strong foundation of electrical problem-solving skills and machine operation data analysis ability 6. Preferred proficiency in AutoCAD 7. Familiarity with TPM and QRS procedures 8.
