    World Leading Construction company in Savannah, GA is looking for Senior HR manager.

    *** Wage Range: 150-250K based on experience

    Requirement :
    • Strong communication (bilingual in Korean is preferred), analytical, and interpersonal skills
    • Bachelor degree (HR Management degree is a plus, but not required)
    • ~10-15 years ( no more than 20 years) of HR management experience
    • Substantial knowledge of State & Federal labor laws
    • Demonstrated strong proficiency in and use of Computer skills – Microsoft Excel, Word,
    Access and Power Point.
    • Be able to work after business hours when required

    Job Responsibilities :

    • Provides coaching, training, and counseling pertaining to various aspects of human resources (e.g., recruiting, performance improvement, sexual harassment, discrimination, diversity, legal/employment issues, union avoidance) to ensure complete understanding of potential benefits/issues and appropriate actions are taken.

    • Educates management and employees regarding disciplinary actions, moves and terminations to ensure complete documentation and compliance with company guidelines.

    • Administer employee recruiting/exit activities, employee benefits/wage & salary programs, employee recognition, employee referral, and employee wellness programs.

    • Administer and provide recordkeeping of all safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations.

    •Coordinates the responses to unemployment claims, ensuring documentation/response is correct, complete, and timely to protect company’s interests.

    • Perform Workers’ Compensation/Safety claims filing and report in support of Distribution Center Manager.

    • responsible to look after the talent acquisition, policy development, objectives determination, and other human resource processes in an organization.

    *** Benefits: Relocation support, Full time Direct hire with PTO, Holiday off( 10 days), Paid Vacation 17 days, PTO 5 days, 401K/ match, medical/vision/dental insurance( For personal, 100% paid by employer, LTD, STD.

    *** Shift time: 07:30~18:00, lunch 11:30~13:00, M-F.
    5days in 1week, 45hours(07:30~18:00, lunch 11:30~13:00)
