Windows security update를 하고나서

    컴퓨터를 다시 시작하니 다음과 같은 경고창이 떴습니다.

    RTDCPL.EXE – Illegal System DLL Relocation
    The system DLL user32.dii was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\System32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for Windows System DLLs. The vender supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.

    여기서 application은 무슨 프로그램이고 연락해야할 vender는 누구인가요?
    아님 바이러슨가요?
