제 wife 도 RFE 가 나왔습니다.
I-485 신청시 Last Name 의 변경을 할까말까 고민하다가, 제가 우겨서 Last Name 을 (KIM (원래) => KO (남편꺼)) 변경 했는데요… 이것때문에 RFE 가 나왔네요.
변호사 사무실 얘기로는, RFE 와 함께온 Attachment 서류 상에 Sign 만 해서 보내면 된다고 하는데….
(Attachment 서류에 보면, 아래에서 처럼, First, Middle, & Last Name 을 쓰는 난이 있네요)
전 결혼 증명서 등등 결혼했다는 어떤 추가 서류를 더 보내야 되는건 아닌가 걱정이 되네요.
I-485 접수시에 호적등본 등은 첨부를 했는데…
(한국에서 결혼한후 미국에 왔기때문에, 사실 미국내에서 증명할 서류는 따로 가지고 있는것은 없습니다.)많은 여자분들이 영주권 진행시, 저희들의 경우처럼 남편의 Last Name 으로 변경해서 진행하실텐데 말이죠.
다른 분들은 RFE 없이 그냥 받으시는것들 같던데…
변호사 사무실 얘기로는 많은 사람들이 I-485 접수시에 Last Name 을 변경하기때문에, 아무런 문제가 없을거라고 했는데…
솔직히 약간 황당한 RFE 입니다.그냥 간단하게 이름쓰고, 사인만 해서 보내도 되나요?
