Why not $ 600 ?

    I am a F-1 visa holder, single with no children and independent from parents.

    I filed in the From 1040A, not 1040. I got $ 300 refund.
    Last year my CPA used 1040A, so I simply used the same form.

    Does anyone know why IRS refunded only $ 300?
