Data Specialist

Location: Phoenix, AZ

OPT/H1B/E-2 비자 소지자도 지원이 가능합니다.

Responsibilities:
• Data Management &amp; Analysis:
o Collect, analyze, and report daily warehouse operational metrics, inventory accuracy, and productivity data.
o Utilize Advanced Excel and data management tools to generate insightful operational reports for leadership.
• WMS &amp; Systems Support:
o Maintain and optimize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
o Troubleshoot system errors, data discrepancies, and inventory mismatches in real time.
• Scanning &amp; Hardware Operations:
o Manage handheld scanning equipment (PDAs, RF scanners, barcode readers) and ensure accurate data collection across all operations.
o Train warehouse personnel on correct scanning protocols and barcode system usage.
• Warehouse Labor Coordination:
o Support daily warehouse floor operations to ensure smooth workflow execution.
o Assist in managing and coordinating temporary workforce (temp staff) schedules, attendance, and task assignments.
• Process Improvement:
o Identify process bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
