We are a SaaS startup in Los Angeles and looking for a junior / senior web developer.

Proficient in object-oriented design and expertise with one of the following programming languages: Java, Python, C#, Golang, or similar.

Responsibilities:
– Design lifecycle workflows
– Developing new features
– Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
– Dependency management (Gradle or Maven).
– Design client-side and server-side architecture
– Design of Java applications through all layers of an application such as frontend, integration, application, and business logic.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree or 2 to 4 years of industry experience.
– Knowledge of One or more back-end languages (e.g. Go, Java, Python, C#) and JavaScript frameworks.
– Familiarity and at least 2-3 years experience with databases (e.g. MySQL, MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL), web servers (e.g. Apache, Windows IIS)
– You have a deep understanding and strong experience designing and building systems with object-oriented programming languages.
– Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git DVCS or Bitbucket.
– Team-oriented interpersonal and Excellent communication skills
– Strong team player used to working in an agile (scrum) environment with tools like Jira.
