Our client is a strategic purchasing management business with the best infrastructure in the industry with continuous investments, and they are looking for a candidate who can provide top-tier support to customers to maximize revenue and develop sustainable relationships. The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients. (Salary Range: $60K~$85K, Location: Warren, OH)Responsibilities
• Maximize revenue for designated account package by growing sales within existing accounts, developing new accounts at a level consistent with or exceeding company expectations
• Understand customer needs and remain alert and responsive to changing customer needs
• Ability to develop pricing scheme based on adherence to company sales and pricing guidelines
• Discuss and handle potential replacement items in order to maximize customers’ cost saving
• Demonstrate appropriate knowledge of the customers’ services and market information to create business strategies and respond to new developments in customers’ business
• Understand and introduce the company’s Value Proposition to customers • Review and understand customer order database to ensure delivery of requested specifications
• Establish customer and market priorities to implement a strategic course of action to accomplish sales goals
• Handle credit management with customers
• Collaboration with other functions to use all resources and technical support availableQualifications
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:• 3+ years of direct outside sales experience
• Business acumen around sales forecasting, opportunity management and customer planning
• Technological capabilities and understanding to communicate in today’s business environment, and bring to closure an action, project, resolution or sales with customers
• Ability to align planning goals with a pipeline development process to develop market revenue
• Excellent communication skills and openness towards working with customer and partners
• Ability to uncover customer objections/concerns, and determine appropriate solutions
• Self-motivated, possessing a high energy level and a desire to achieve goals beyond what is required
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Solid grasp of MS Office, ERP

Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:• Prepare, file, and retrieve sales-related documents such as invoices and PO Status
• Manage day-to-day activity and coordination associated with key accounts that include account management, relationship management, order gathering/ coordinating sales completion, sales reporting, and customer communications
• Provides customer service and order gathering and management for assigned key and target accounts and general support
• Partner with account management teams for administrative support
• Works with the account management team and support departments to assist in the creation of reports and sales analysis
• Responsible for customer account information staying updated
• Responsible for inventory stocks and tracking and monitoring inbound and outbound shipments, gathering promotional orders, and tracking and validating necessary tracking reports and delivery process
• Handle internal systems to process, invoice, and manage customer accounts
• Update profiles in ERP systems, communicating changes to customers as needed, and maintain accurate pricing/ price sheets, and promotional pricing ( Handling RFQ)
• Submit pricing information to the customer and input pricing/information in the ERP systemQualifications
