Now Editing “Warehouse IT Helpdesk (삼성SDS 파견근무) 채용 공고” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) Company * Location Expires at 안녕하세요. 한국 물류 대기업 Samsung SDS에서 Warehouse IT Helpdesk 채용합니다. – 저희 People4Net은 staffing & recruiting company로서, Samsung SDS의 채용을 지원하고 있습니다. 여러분의 커리어 개발과 비즈니스 필요를 해결하기 위한 최고의 파트너가 되어드릴 것을 약속합니다. 많은 관심과 지원바랍니다. – <strong>모집분야</strong> – ㆍ채용인원 : Warehouse IT Helpdesk (각 1명) ㆍ근무지역 : Linden, NJ ㆍ계약기간: 1yr + extension – <strong>BENEFITS</strong> – ㆍMedical / Vision / Dental / Paid Time Off – <strong>지원 및 문의방법</strong> – ㆍrecruiting@people4nets.com 으로 이력서 송부 ㆍ서류(이력서) 전형 -> 인터뷰 -> 채용 – <strong>Responsibilities:</strong> - • Provide regular reports and regular communication with Client’s designated manager. • Install and configure software and hardware including servers, PCs, printer, CCTVs, Time-Punch system, security access systems, switches, phone, internet and other warehouse applications. • Manage network servers, technology tools and inventory. • Set up accounts and workstations. • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements. • Troubleshoot issues and outage. • Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls. • Technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security. • Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN & Terminal Services. • Upgrade systems with new releases and models. • Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies. • System documentation, maintenance, and review in IT Glue. • Provide regular reports and regular communication with Client’s designated manager. • Manage IT in Hazleton PA warehouse location. • Assist with maintaining lease agreements (office, cars, equipment) and their renewals. • Assist with office space arrangement and renovation. • Manage purchase orders and process invoices for various vendors in a timely manner by • working closely with the accounting / financing team. • Manage badge and access control for new hires and existing employees. • Manage, oversee, and process various requests including office supplies, timeclock management, reporting, etc. • Receive and distribute various mail parcels. • Contribute to overall human resource team by accomplishing related tasks as needed; such as company events and volunteer events • Travel may be required up to 25% - <strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong> - • High School Diploma or relevant experience preferred. • Exercises judgment within defined practices and policies in selection of methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. • Has keen knowledge of network, computer systems. • Strong verbal and written communication skills/Strong organization and time management skills. • Proven intermediate to advance knowledge of MS office suites. • Analytical, and excellent written and verbal communications skills. • Able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Attention to detail. • May be required to work additional hours outside of regularly scheduled business hours or weekend or holidays to meet its business needs. • Ability to work in a team environment while delivering independent results. • Able to work in multicultural environment.
