    Warehouse Assistant Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    Oversee daily pick & pack operations.
    Generate daily pick lists and print shipping labels.
    Handle LTL processing, including preparation and loading.
    Schedule LTL pickups.
    Monitor inventory and assess floor products.
    Receive and inspect incoming containers.
    Effectively manage and assign tasks to warehouse staff.
    Collaborate with the warehouse manager to streamline operations.
    Qualifications:

    Authorized to work in the US.
    Proficiency in operating forklifts, especially stand-up forklifts.
    Strong employee management skills.
    Bilingual: Fluent in both English & Korean.
    Proficiency in using WMS, Word, and Excel.

    Order Processing Specialist

    Key Responsibilities:

    An Order Processing Specialist is a critical position within the company. In order for LS to grow and ultimately take market share we must be easier to do business with than our competitors. No other differentiator (including product) is more critical to growth.

    Order Processing Specialist works with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for LS organization. To achieve this, he/she needs to manage all customers’ orders from receiving orders from customers to the closure of sales.

    Order Processing Specialist will also help manage existing clients & sales networks and ensure they stay satisfied and positive. He/She calls on clients, often being required to communicate on order status, inventory status and managing returns (RMA) and services that meet or predict LS clients’ future needs.

    Inside Sales Specialist

    Key Responsibilities:

    An Inside Sales / Customer Service Specialist is a critical position within the company. In order for LSEA to grow and ultimately take market share we must be easier to do business with than our competitors. No other differentiator (including product) is more critical to growth.

    An Inside Sales / Customer Service Specialist interface with customers and LSEA Sales representatives to handle both pre-sales and post-sales service function. Through working with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities, LSEA can thereby maximize revenue for the organization.

    An Inside Sales / Customer Service Specialist will help manage existing clients & sales networks and ensure they stay satisfied and positive. He/She calls on clients, often being required to communicate on quotation / order status, inventory status and managing returns (RMA) and services that meet or predict LSEA clients’ future needs.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Salary range: $45,000 – $60,000 per year (based on experience).
