Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the company's manufacturing strategy to ensure consistency with overall business goals. Analyze market trends and technological developments and propose innovative production solutions. Production Management: Supervise the production process to ensure continuous improvement in production efficiency, quality and delivery time. Implement advanced manufacturing technology and process optimization to improve overall business capacity. Team Building: Lead and manage the manufacturing team, develop training and development plans, and enhance the team's professionalism and work enthusiasm. Recruit and retain high-quality technical and management talents to establish an efficient working environment. Cost Control and Budget Management: Responsible for developing and managing the manufacturing department budget, controlling production costs and improving profit margins. Analyze production data, identify cost savings opportunities, and optimize resource allocation. Quality Management: Supervise the establishment and implementation of the quality management system to ensure that products meet industry standards and customer expectations. Handle customer feedback and complaints to continuously improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
