As a PC support technician, you must represent the company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Job Title: User Support In this position, you will be responsible for: ● Interfacing directly with internal customers with a professional and positive demeanor ● Handling printer deployments and resolving break/fix issues ● Managing PC relocation per Move/Add/Change requests ● Installing and upgrading hardware and software ● Submitting orders for PCs/Laptops/parts ● MS Windows based Desktop/Laptop and OS hardening ● MS Outlook email client ● MS Office troubleshooting ● VoIP phones ● Polycom Video conference system ● Access control system ● CCTV monitoring system ● Life Cycle Management for hardware/software tech turn and end of life ● Audit Compliance such as PCI You will need: ● Excellent understanding of Windows based PCs ● Excellent understanding of network Protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP etc. ● Excellent understanding of basic Network and connectivity standards, protocols and implementations ● Basic understanding of LAN components and configurations. ● Windows based office environment(install/admin/troubleshooting software and hardware) ● Audit Compliance such as PCI ● VoIP phones ● Access control system with RF card ● CCTV monitoring system Education and experiences ● Associate degree/ BA in Computer Science or related field ● 3-5 experiences in related filed Plus skills (Desired, not Required) ● Apple Mac PC/Laptop ● Shoretel Phone system ● Microsoft Certifications such as MCP Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. (OPT/ H1B1 Transfer possible) Resume Sent to: iseeconsulting114@gmail.com I agree to the terms of service Update List
