Now Editing “USCIS processing time에 관하여…” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) 현재 대기기간이 130;Permanent resident filing for a spouse - 12 to 16 months 140;Nebraska center - 5.5 to 8.5 months ,Texas center 9.5 to 12.50 485 - 8 to 49 months 이렇게 나와있거든요.. 그러면 130 + 485 혹은 140+485 를 넣었을 때 그 인터뷰 보러오라는 기준(?)은 485인가요 아니면 140 or 130 의 petition 인가요 더 예를들어.. 130 + 485 를 접수해서 오늘 2/12 에 접수했다 라는 접수증 받으면 그떄부터 12에서 16개월뒤에는 인터뷰를 봐서 영주권이 승인날수 있다는건지, 아니면 8 개월부터 49까지 기다려야 된다는건지 많이 헷갈려요...
