ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The main responsibilities of this position are to:
• Develop Infrastructure short term and long-term strategies that are aligned with business goals and objectives collaborating with Director of Infrastructure, Executive Principals and Team Managers.
• Establish Infrastructure quality performance and operational performance metrics and the KPI to measure these metrics. Produce and maintain a dashboard presentation of these metrics for monitoring and management.
• Responsible for Infrastructure Training, Career development plan management process to develop a high morale Infrastructure competency environment where Infrastructure resources work with right skills-set and clear direction on Infrastructure career roadmap.
• Responsible for Customer feedback management and Infrastructure Communications management process to maintain high level of end-user satisfaction
• Improve overall Infrastructure Asset management and Inventory control process to register and keep tracking of Infrastructure Hardware, Software and Cloud, update the existing inventory with latest end-user information on a regular basis and amortize the existing asset to its lifetime
• Improve overall Infrastructure Procurement management process and execution of sourcing initiatives across technology spend categories: Data Centers, Hardware, Software, Voice, Data, Infrastructure Staff Augmentation / Professional Services (labor), Cloud and other categories as assigned.
• Investigate and identify areas of cost saving opportunities in all of Infrastructure’s 3rd party vendor contracts
• Responsible for Infrastructure Financial management process (i.e. Budgeting, Cost Management, Resource Utilization) to provide clear understanding on Infrastructure spending and return on investments (ROI).
• Develop, prepare, and analyze contracts, RFIs and/or RFPs working with Infrastructure Process and Project Management team
• Contribute to the strategic plan through innovative ideas on how to improve support processes and ROIs while reducing costs.
• Assist with the creation and definition of key performance indicators relevant to SOC 2 and ITIL.
• Must have proven experience with team building and leading a team- mentor, guide and lead TFT team members in the execution of TFT objectives

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor degree or higher. Master’s or MBA from top schools preferred
• 10 years experience in Information Technology (IT) industry with 3 years experience on IT strategy and operations functions or similar experience.
• 3-5 years of Top IT consulting companies (i.e. Accenture, IBM or similar) or Big 4 consulting company (Deloitte, E&Y, KPMG, PWC) experience preferred.
• Cloud (AWS and/or Azure) experience preferred.
• Strong communication. Robust analytical capabilities. Project management.
• Experience with Cloud (AWS, Azure, VMware).
• ITIL framework.
• ServiceNow.
• SOX/SOC 2 Type I&II/ISO 27001&2/HITRUST or similar framework.
CERTIFICATIONS
• Cloud (AWS, Azure and/or VMware) certification required.
• ITIL Foundation, Network and/or Advanced Security related certification preferred.

Salary Range – UPTO $160,000/yr.
