Primary Duties and Responsibilities : – Develop and maintain Underwriting Guideline and manual – Review, evaluate and price business by applying sound judgment and manual – Establish, maintain and foster relationship with producers and customers – Review inspection report and make recommendation to improve risk – Underwrite insurance risks in accordance with regulation and guideline – Understand and comply with any reinsurance requirements – Analyze and improve rate, coverage, and forms to generate better outcomes – Monitor and analyze accidents, loss trends and loss ratio to improve profit – Contribute to positive work environment – Cooperate with other team and colleague for better operation results – Performs other related duties and assignments as required I agree to the terms of service Update List
