Global tire manufacturing company is hiring General Affairs Associate for its Macon GA location.

Position Information:

Hire Type: Temp-to-Hire
Location: Macon, GA
Language: Korean and English
Hours: 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday (with possibility of some overtime)
Compensation:$15.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both
Arranging Housekeeping of office facilities.
Negotiates the purchase of office supplies, office equipment, etc. for the entire staff in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions.
Supervises the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machine, etc.
Participates as needed in special department projects.

Requirements
2 – 5 years of Industrial Administrative experience
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
