Shift: 6:30PM – 6:00AMWe are seeking a Bilingual Korean Production Assembly Supervisor for a Tier 1 Kia/Hyundai parts supplier who manufactures automobile body forms. Position Overview:
Bilingual Korean Production Assembly Supervisor is responsible for team member management, utilization of 3C5S method on floor, and consumable and spare part inventory management.
Responsibilities:
Manage team members’ attendance, rotation schedule, and duty
Produce downtime report and lead productivity and quality improvement activity
Perform fabrication on special pallets
Manage press operation spare parts and perform inventory check
Utilize 3C5S method to improve quality
Organize pallets and diesRequirements:
Bilingual in Korean and English.
Ability to create and revise documents in Korean and English
Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution (Non-major specific)
3-4 years of experience in the automotive production control industry
