[Job Description]

RESPONSIBLITITES AND MAJOR FUCTIONS:

1. Serve as a liaison for communicating and understanding cultural differences
and building relationships among all press team members.

2. Manage and ensures inventory of semi-finished parts and raw materials.

3. Establish Blanking production procedures, analyze results and downtimes.

4. Support the production operation and 3C5S.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Manage and prepare Raw Material Daily Inventory Status Report.

2. Review daily/weekly/monthly customer’s production demands and establish

daily/weekly/monthly blanking line production schedules.

3. Manage purchasing equipment and spare tools required by blanking operations

including strap guns, printing labels, plastic straps, and any other
work-related

consumables.

4. Cooperate with Korean Supervisors to train the press team employees to

facilitate the blanking production operations.

5. Review daily production results and establish daily blanking schedules.

6. Execute and follow up on corrective actions for the press/blanking
departments in

reaction to manufacturing repeated issues that compromise quality and operation

rates.

7. Participate in productivity improvement activities and execute improvement
plans

continuously.

8. Understand and control the press 3C5S and Safety rules.

9. Manage Blank Rack Layout and Name plates.

10. Modify and Revise Blanking Die Layouts.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Senior Specialists and Specialists are responsible and
authorized to supervise the

production team leaders and members in case of Supervisor’s absence.

PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB:

1. Four year degree.

2. Prior less than 1 year experience as Production Specialist.

3. Speak and write fluent Korean and English. NOT REQUIRED

EDUCATION:

AT LEAST HIGHT SCHOOL (GED), ASSOCIATE DEGREE OR ABOVE.

Organizational Relationships:

1. Accountable to the Production Manager for all phases of
activities.
