Job Overview
The Mechanical Manufacturing Director is responsible for the company’s overall manufacturing strategy, ensuring the efficiency of the production process and the reliability of product quality. You will lead the mechanical manufacturing team to optimize the production process, improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and promote technological innovation.

Main Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement the strategic plan and development goals of the mechanical manufacturing department to ensure consistency with the company’s overall strategy.

Team Management: Lead and manage the mechanical manufacturing team, recruit, train and develop employees, and establish an efficient team collaboration culture.

Production Optimization: Monitor the production process, identify bottlenecks and implement improvement measures to improve production efficiency and reduce operating costs.

Quality Management: Responsible for the supervision and control of product quality to ensure that all products meet company and industry standards.

Budget Management: Formulate and manage production budgets, report budget execution regularly, and ensure that costs are controlled within a reasonable range.

Technological Innovation: Pay attention to the latest technologies and trends in the industry, and introduce advanced manufacturing technologies to enhance product competitiveness.

Cross-departmental collaboration: Work closely with R&D, procurement, sales and other departments to ensure the smooth launch and production of new products.

Equipment management: Responsible for the maintenance and upgrading of production equipment to ensure the efficient operation of the production line.

Compliance management: Ensure that all manufacturing activities comply with safety, environmental and related laws and regulations.
