This logistics is a leading global customs brokerage company focused on providing quality customs brokerage service.
We are looking for an experienced Customs Brokerage Team Leader to join our Brokerage team.

What we are looking for:
· A passion for delivering quality customer service and operational expertise
· Ability to prioritize and organize workload to meet and exceed KPIs
· Excellent communication skills and leadership

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Bilingual: English and Korean (Required)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a customs brokerage company
• Minimum 2 years of prior experience in a supervisory role
• U.S. Customs broker license (Plus)

Job Responsibilities include:
• Ensures that customs and governmental processes, procedures and activities are performed and managed based on global, country specific and port specific governmental regulations.
• Keeps abreast of laws and regulations regarding brokerage compliance and develop specific programs to ensure that personnel are properly trained and equipped with the knowledge to maintain a compliant environment
• Attends local, regional or national training classes or conferences as needed to enhance skills and retain industry knowledge
• Directly or indirectly manages all Customs Brokerage staff within assigned department
• Performs timely and accurate costing, revenue estimates, rating, and invoicing
• Ensures product operations customer quality goals per our Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
