Responsibilities • Leading and directing all routine functions of the HR department including payroll, health benefits, 401(K), and enforcing company policies and practices. • Supervising HR activities, payroll, benefits, reports documents. • Performing audits on HR processes and documents, including payroll, 401(K), and Workers’ compensation. • Maintaining pay plan and analyzing trends in benefits program. • Managing the employee profile and filling employee leave, ADA, FMLA etc. • Maintaining a smooth onboarding and offboarding process. • Managing and coordinate payroll, and ADP system. • Optimizing HRIS processes, integrating new FNS systems, and performing diagnostic tests.
