QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS ( no more than 5-10 years experience)
A candidate must have relevant education or experiences as below:
– Minimum 3+ years of Java Spring Framework development experiences.
– Minimum 3+ years of Java Script development experiences.
– Oracle DBMS development experiences.
– HTML 5 and CSS development experiences.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a team member of in-house software development professionals, a candidate is expected to:
– Develop web based, enterprise level applications in accordance with set standards and policies.
– Maintain, customize and expand developed systems as business needs changes.
– Support system users by debugging, troubleshooting and training them.
– In pre-development phase, interview users to gather system requirements and analyze them.
– Collaborate and coordinate with other team members in building large scale applications.
– Report to Team/Part Leaders with progresses of given tasks and complete them in a timely manner.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
A candidate with experiences or skillsets below will be preferred:
– Development Experiences with MYBATIS.
– Development Experiences with jQuery and PHP.
– Development experiences under LINUX environment.
– Development Experiences with Google Maps API.
– Development Experiences with Nexacro Platform (ToBe Soft).
– Development Experiences with UBI Report (UBI Soft).
– Ability to prioritize, organize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
– Documentation and organizing skills using various software tools.
– Strong skill and experiences with Microsoft Office products preferred.
– Strong communication & problem solving skills required.
– Proficiency in English and Korean is preferred.
