Now Editing “title 회사마다 charge fee 가 많이 다른가요?” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) refinance application이 approve 되서 closing을 앞두고 있습니다. 그런데, lender가 추천한 title company에서 보내준 estimation과 예전에 클로징할때 이용한 title company의 title cost estimation이 title service charge에서 $250 이상 차이가 나네요. 한 회사는 title settlement fee 이라고 써놨고 다른 회사를 title examination fee라고 써 왔는데, 같은 service fee를 챠지하는걸로 보입니다. 원래 이렇게 title company마다 서비스챠지가 많이 차이가 나기도 하나요? 예전에 클로징을 몇번 해봤지만, title company가 서비스 쳐지가 별로 차이 날거라고 생각해본적이 없이, 한번도 shopping하지 않고, 그냥 realtor가 추천하는 회사에서 클로징을 해왔거든요. 괜히 바가지 썼던게 아닌가라는 느낌이 들어서요.
