Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the company's manufacturing strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Identify new technologies and innovation opportunities within the manufacturing process and drive technological improvements. Production Management: Oversee daily production line operations, ensuring production efficiency and product quality. Monitor production KPIs and develop improvement plans to enhance production process efficiency. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop the manufacturing team, building strong working relationships with employees. Conduct team performance reviews, provide guidance and support, and promote the team's professional development. Quality Control: Ensure all products comply with company standards and industry regulations, and implement a quality management system. Lead continuous quality improvement and process optimization projects. Cost Control: Monitor and control manufacturing costs, develop budgets, and perform cost analysis.
