Management track” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) 5년차 테크회사 직장인입니다. 생각해본적도 없는데 회사에서 managerial 쪽으로 가는게 어떠냐고 하네요. tech track이 적성에 맞지만 계속 할 수 있을지 자신이 없고 business development 은 제 성격이랑 안 맞는것 같네요. 한 댓글이 지적해주신대로 커뮤니케이션 스킬도 별로고요. 커뮤니케이션 스킬이 부족해도 work delegation, project management 잘하면 좋은 매니저가 될 수 있을까요? 보통 어떤 factor 들을 생각해보고 트랙을 정하나요?
