Job Title: Electric Chiller Installation and Maintenance Technician
Condition: Full time; 1 year then direct hire
Location: Taylor, TX (On-site)
Working Hours: 12-hour shifts for 3-4 days per week (rotating schedule) – Must be flexible for rotating shifts and on-call duties (nights, weekends, and holidays)
Wage: $23 – $28 / hour (Overtime pay available)

주요 업무 (Responsibilities):
• 고객사 현장에서 전기식 칠러 시스템 설치 및 시운전(Commissioning)
• 정기적인 예방 정비 및 고장 수리 수행
• 현장 및 사내 수리센터에서 기술적 문제 진단 및 수리
• 온콜(On-call) 서비스 요청에 신속히 대응
• 상세한 서비스 이력 및 근무 교대 로그 기록 유지
• 표준작업절차(SOP), 안전 규정 및 클린룸 프로토콜 준수
• 5S 기준에 따라 작업 공간을 청결하고 체계적으로 유지

자격 요건 (Qualifications / Requirements):
• 고등학교 졸업/GED 필수 (전자, 기계, 공학기술 관련 전문학사 우대)
• 기술, 유지보수, 전기 또는 반도체 관련 경력 1년 이상
• 군 기술 교육 이수자 우대
• 영어·한국어 이중 언어 가능자 (업무상 영어 의사소통 가능 필수)
• 미국 시민권자 또는 영주권자 필수
• 보조 없이 최대 50파운드(약 23kg) 중량을 들 수 있는 신체 능력 (무거운 물체 밀기·당기기 포함)
• 안전안경, 마스크, 장갑, 클린룸 가운, 팹 슈즈 등 필수 보호장비 착용 상태로 반도체 공장 근무 가능자
• 출퇴근 가능한 교통수단
• 뛰어난 팀워크 및 커뮤니케이션 능력

We’re looking for hands-on, motivated technicians to join our growing team!
As an Electric Chiller Installation and Maintenance Technician, you’ll install, maintain, and repair electric chillers that support advanced semiconductor production tools. This role offers steady hours, great benefits, and career growth through on-the-job training and development. Candidates for this role must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities:
• Install and commission Electric Chiller Systems at customer site
• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance
• Diagnose and repair technical issues both on-site and in our repair center
• Respond promptly to on-call service requests
• Main detailed service records and shift logs
• Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure), safety guidelines, and cleanroom protocols
• Keep work areas clean and organized following 5S standards

Qualifications/Requirements:
• High school diploma (GED); Associate degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Engineering Technology preferred
• 1+ years of technical, maintenance, electric, or semiconductor experience
• Military technical training experience welcomed
• Bilingual in English and Korean – Ability to communicate and work in English
• U.S. citizen or Green Card holder required
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. without assistance, but not limited to, and push or pull heavy loads
• Able to work in a semiconductor facility environment while wearing required safety gear such as safety glasses, masks, gloves, smocks, and fab shoes
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the work site
• OSHA 10 certification preferred
