Now Editing “Tax refund amendment 관련해서 조언 구합니다.” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) 지금까지 직접 paper filing 해왔는데 이제서야 Medicare Surtax 금액이 joint filing이 아닌 single 기준으로 withheld 되왔다는걸 알았습니다. 실제 납부해야할 Medicare Surtax와 withheld된 금액의 차이를 federal tax 금액과 합산하여 refund/owe 금액이 계산되어야 한다고 이해하고 있는데 이부분에 대해서 잘 아시는분께 조언 구합니다. 1040X도 3년기한내에 filing 해야 한다고 나오는데 2021년 이전에 대해서는 amendment가 절대 불가능한지도 궁금합니다.
