Now Editing “Taeyang America Corp.에서 Quality Manager 채용중” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) Company * Location Expires at Position Title: Quality Manager General Responsibilities: • Establish and maintain quality standards to meet customer and company requirements. • Lead and support quality activities, including training for technicians and manufacturing staff. • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF16949, and customer-specific requirements. • Conduct inspections and measurements to verify product conformity using precision tools. • Review blueprints and technical documents to define inspection and testing procedures. • Oversee product approval processes, manage nonconforming products, and coordinate corrective actions. • Collaborate with management and manufacturing teams to address quality issues and prevent shipment of defective products. • Maintain calibration schedules and ensure inspection equipment is properly maintained. • Support and participate in customer audits and provide required documentation and reports. • Exercise authority to stop production or shipments when quality issues are detected and corrective action is needed. Qualifications: • Minimum of 10 years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment. • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF16949 standards. • Proficient in using calipers, gauges, micrometers, and advanced inspection equipment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to read blueprints and technical specs. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. • Authorized to work in the United States with solid problem-solving and mathematical abilities.
