Shift time: 8:30-5:30 Employment type: Direct hire, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401K, PTO, Sickday off, Bonus, Paid Holiday, Life insurance, LTD, STD etc. Start date: Jan, 2022 관리인력: 현재 40-100 including temporary employees Resume to plano@moastaffing.com Pay range: upto 70K Qualification • Proficient Korean/English ( 90% English Speakers at Warehouse) • 3년 이상 HR field experience ( HR onsite experience, not remote experience) or Relevant field experience ( 50% HR: 50% Warehouse management, communication) • BS Degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Organizational Behavior, Psychology or relevant. • 영주권자 이상 • Require Intermediate Excel level or more • Experience with ADP Workforce is preferred Core Responsibilities: • Develop, Assess, Facilitate and /or support leading organizational development initiatives, programs and process to support business objectives and strategy implementation. • Communicate with HQ HR director to provide proactive and strategic consultation to both employees and managers, identifying, addressing and resolving the root causes of HR issues systematically. • Maintains record of personnel-related data with accuracy (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, attendance, and timecard) in both paper and the database. • Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data. ( If needed, we will hire HR assistant) • Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information. • Work on HR special projects & daily, weekly and monthly reports per client’s and HQ requests. • Facilitate and participate in companywide programs and initiatives e.g., creating job description, internal job posting, scheduling interviews, performance reviews, workforce planning, helping HR manager’s handling staffing agencies issue, and organizational changes initiatives. • Be the point of contact of benefits, leaves, employee relations issues, etc. • Working with staffing agencies to gather & input the data and report, summarize it to submit to HQ and LGE. • High level ability in various software applications; e.g., MS Suite (MS Excel and Power Point in particular), update employee data, time clock system. • Ability to stay professional and composed in a fast paced environment.
