Golfzon America, located in Sterling VA, is a subsidiary of Golfzon Co, Ltd with its headquarter in Seoul, Korea. We are looking for a System Installation and Troubleshooting Technician to join our team. Since the establishment of Golfzon America in 2016, the company has grown rapidly in the U.S. with the world’s best golf simulators. The Company is seeking for a self-motivating and quick to solving technical issues person who will be responsible for the following.

Job Summary

The candidate will be assigned the tasks, including but not limited to full service installation of Golfzon simulator equipment, warranty and post warranty repair/service work, as well as hardware and software troubleshooting and repair. This technician should have working knowledge and understanding of electronics and integration, including necessary certifications for low voltage electrical work, basic computer service knowledge and a basic background in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Golfzon simulator technology installations.
Golfzon simulator technology repair and services.
Ability to work in an extremely fast paced, results driven environment.
Must be able to work through technological errors, find the source of the problems, and address all issues to a fast solution.
Daily work with sales team and sales operations team to:
Align schedules to service our clients in an efficient manner.
Obtain accurate and complete work orders to fulfill responsibilities to clients effectively.
Look at architectural drawings and advise on specification for buildout compliance.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Ideal candidate will possess basic working knowledge of construction standards for our simulator booths so they can assist in an advisory capacity.
Work creatively with construction partners who are executing the buildouts so that the technology integration is seamless as all possible speedbumps have been considered and are accounted for.

Qualifications and Skills:

A/V integration or similar low voltage electrical work experience mandatory.
Customer service experience preferred.
Willingness to travel.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English).
Ability to multitask and balance many projects at once.
Ability to effectively prioritize workload.
Problem solver.
Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as the ability to work independently with little instruction.
Well organized.
Basic knowledge of MS Office: Outlook, Word and Excel
