Responsibilities

• Oversee the warehouse operation (Outsourcing) for Shipping / Receiving, Inventory Control and Warehousing

• responsible for the company’s SCM operation including workflow & process enhancement

• Enforce strict safety or FDA guidelines for all SCM operation

• Purchase order to Korea HQ followed by Market requirement with company management

• Communicate with customers for Order fulfillment or Vendor and Korea provider

• Processing orders, documentation, recording, and invoicing

• Identify, report, consult and find resolutions for SCM issues

• Work with another department (Customer service, Accounting, ..)

Requirements

• 2+ Year logistics area experience

• Bilingual, fluent in English and Korean highly preferred, Spanish language huge plus

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• MS Office programs -high function Excel Skills
