Role: Supply Chain Analyst

Position Summary
The New Computing – Supply Chain Management team is responsible for ensuring product availability to meet forecasted demand by the Sales accounts. Forecasts are generated via consensus calls among Sales, Product, and Operations Teams, and tracked using spreadsheets, SAP, and Samsung Systems and other tools. Reporting and supporting SCM Manager/s for end-to-end supply chain management matters, the Sr. Analyst is responsible for managing and loading demand for respective categories (mainly Sell-in Forecast AP2 and/or Sell-out Forecast AP2), and will be the main point-of-contact for AP2 Loading and demand-supply check. The Sr. Analyst will also support in building/generating weekly and/or ad-hoc reports for Leadership.Role and Responsibilities
• Develop, cross-check, and communicate business output between NC Biz Ops and counterparts. Load AP2 Forecast (including buffer management & logic) based on leadership direction & consensus by products
• Analyze weekly Purchase Sales Inventory (PSI) to identify demand fluctuation by accounts & products, which may require weekly demand shaping/cleaning prior to weekly cutoff timing.
• Consolidate and publish weekly AP2 reports including, but not limited to, week-over-changes, risks, and financial implications compared to sales plans and targets
• Manage system-based tools that provide real-time information regarding sales, order forecast, and channel inventory; extract data to conduct channel inventory analysis and reconciliation
• Monitor daily/weekly updates of product arrival schedules from factories to execute weekly Purchase Order Confirmation to maintain optimal level of inventory
• Support /lead weekly aging product monitoring and meeting to ensure depletion plan and minimize aging inventory across all channels
• Assist with supply chain projects and perform ad-hoc analysis as business need arises (e.g. reporting, dashboards, etc.)
• Collaborate with team and provide backup when necessarySkills and Qualifications
• 2-3 year work experience in relevant field
• Preferred degree in SCM/Operations Research/Business Administration/MIS/Engineering
• Strong Analytical, Data Management, and Computer Skills
o High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite
o SAP experience helpful
• Excellent Communications & Interpersonal skills (written, verbal)
o Must be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building with Senior Management level
• Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
