    Position Title: Director of Strategic Planning

    Strategy Development:

    Responsible for developing and implementing the company’s overall strategic plan, including setting and implementing long-term and short-term goals.

    Regularly revise and optimize strategic plans based on market changes and company development needs.

    Market and Competitive Analysis:

    Conduct comprehensive market research, in-depth analysis of industry trends, market demand, and competitor dynamics, providing data support for the company’s strategic decision-making.

    Identify and assess potential market opportunities and risks, and develop appropriate response strategies.

    Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

    Work closely with various functional departments (such as marketing, sales, product, and finance) to ensure the effective implementation of strategic plans.

    Promote communication and collaboration across departments to facilitate coordinated implementation of strategies.

    Performance Management:

    Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor strategic execution and company performance.

    Analyze implementation progress and adjust strategies and action plans based on data feedback to ensure goal achievement.

    Risk Control:

    Identify potential strategic risks and develop appropriate preventative measures. Establish a risk monitoring mechanism to ensure the company’s flexible response in a dynamic market. Executive Support and Reporting:

    Provide strategic advice and professional analysis to senior management and the Board of Directors, and participate in key decision-making.
    Prepare strategic reports and briefings to clearly articulate the company’s strategic goals and progress.
    Team Management:

    Lead and develop the strategic planning team, conducting personnel selection, training, and performance evaluations.
    Motivate team members and enhance team collaboration and execution.
    Job Requirements:

    Educational Requirements: Master’s degree or higher (e.g., MBA, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields).
    Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related management roles; experience in large-scale enterprises or related industries is preferred.
    Skills Required:
    Excellent market analysis, research, and data processing skills.
    Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.
    Systematic thinking and strategic planning skills, enabling the development of holistic strategies that align with the company’s growth.
    Excellent project management skills and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
