Store IT Administrator – Korean Bilingual

Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000/year (DOE)

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Store IT Administrator to manage in-store IT operations at our San Jose, CA locations. This individual will play a vital role in supporting daily store IT infrastructure and assisting store staff with technology-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage in-store IT equipment (PCs, POS systems, printers, etc.)

Support and monitor CCTV systems and network infrastructure

Provide daily IT support to store employees

Participate in a 3-week onboarding training program at headquarters

Qualifications

Prior experience in IT support or store-level IT operations preferred

Basic understanding of network and CCTV systems

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Bilingual ability (English/Korean) preferred
