RESPONSIBILITY:
• Maintains and reconciles account ledgers; maintains and enters monthly journal entries, maintains and reconciles bank accounts.
• Analyzes accounts to trace discrepancies and errors
• Develop monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements
• Prepare any extra reports needed to be filed for the company on an annual, monthly, or quarterly basis as needed
• Manage fixed assets including recording depreciation expense
• Run client’s payroll and maintain the payroll record
• Assemble information for year-end accounting audit
• Assist with other projects as neededREQUIREMENT
• 로칼 회계펌에서 최소 1년이상 경험자 (회사 어카운팅의 경우 2년이상 경험자), 회계 무경험자는 고려하지 않음
• 회계 전공자 우대BENEFITS 및 기타 사항
• Salary: $52,000/year – $65,000/year
• Paid holidays: 14 days/year
• Paid personal time off: 10 -15 days/year
