Golfzon America, located in Sterling VA, is a subsidiary of Golfzon Co, Ltd with its headquarter in Seoul, Korea. We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team. Since the establishment of Golfzon America in 2016, the company has grown rapidly in the U.S. with the world’s best golf simulators. The company is seeking for a self-motivating accountant eager to learn and committed to the job.

Key Responsibilities
– To keep daily accounting book
– To reconcile bank accounts
– To reconcile corporate card transactions with expenses in Quickbook
– To prepare monthly cash position reports
– To prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements
– To communicate with the headquarter (HQ)
– To manage POs from customers and generate invoices
– To monitor aging receivables
– To perform other accounting/administrative works upon request

Basic Requirements
– Bachelors in Accounting or Finance 
– Strong knowledge in the U.S GAAP
– 2~3 years relevant experience
– Must have Microsoft Office experience, proficient in Excel
– Experience with Quickbook preferred
– Highly organized and able to multi-task
– Ability to meet stringent deadlines in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
– Language: Bilingual (Korean/English) preferred
