We are looking for a Sr. Research.
Job Summary
Responsible for designing, undertaking, and analyzing information from controlled laboratory-based investigations, experiments and trials.
Plan, Prepare, and review submissions to regulatory authorities including FDA, EU, international registration agencies, and national authorities.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate with business management to determine research objectives
· Work in accordance with a project brief and deliver frequent project updates
· Develop and direct given research assignments
· Create a plan of action and set project goals and manage them to completion
· Conduct detailed research of intended subject matter according to business needs
· Formulate effective and efficient research processes
· Identify market trends and patterns
· Design surveys, questionnaires, polls, etc. specific to research requirements
· Test research methodologies to confirm the intended purpose of the evaluation
· Perform fieldwork, interviews, experiments, concept-test, etc. to gather data
· Prepare technical reports, summaries, and protocols and perform quantitative analyses.
· Capacity to be in a team with minimal supervision on R&D projects leading to new and improved products.
· Work in compliance with cGMP regulations. Maintain the R&D lab a GMP and safe working environment.
· Oversees adherence to SOPs, Good Clinical Practice, and FDA regulations
· Document analytical data under cGMP and corporate guidelines.
· Utilize various professional sources to find and extract pertinent information
· Perform evaluative analysis of selected resources and current market data
· Organize and maintain research databases
· Frequently self-audit work and check data for errors and inconsistencies
· Compile and organize findings in graphs, charts, mock-ups, and diagrams
Requirement
• At least a Master’s Degree is required; in Engineering, Science, or equivalent focus preferred.
